Alicia Castagno, DVM
Founder and President of Adsum Veterinary Relief, PLLC
Dr. Alicia Castagno is a small animal veterinarian with experience in general practice, urgent care and emergency medicine. After graduating from Washington State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021, she further developed her clinical skills through a rotating Emergency, Medicine, and Surgical internship at VCA Veterinary Care Animal Hospital and Referral Center in Albuquerque, NM, where she then worked as a hybrid GP/ER/Urgent Care veterinarian and hospitalist until 2024.
Dr. Castagno is known for her positive attitude and empathetic approach towards veterinary teammates, clients and patients, and for her dedication to Fear Free medicine. She strives for improved accessibility in the veterinary field through her Spanish fluency, beginner study of ASL and Mandarin, and a career-long focus on option-based care.
